DreamHack is the largest LAN-party IN THE WORLD and the largest and most amazing festival for gamers, by gamers. It just so happens that it traditionally takes place in my town of Jönköping in Sweden. Last Saturday I had a wonderful opportunity to spend an entire day at the DreamHack. Without further ado, here are my photos from the event:

It's a little beast of a machine, but next time I'm going back to a full tower... it is a pain in the arse to build in! For travel, I have a XPS 15, but I'm seriously considering going back to one of the slim gaming laptops that have just released in the past year (or the coming year).
Current gaming hooks are: Fallout 4, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Rimworld!
Rimworld is amazing! I’m longing to play it one day, when I have time.

Looks like an amazing event! I've never done a LAN party, but I do game on occasion - mostly WoW, but I've dabbled in Halo and a few others. Thanks for sharing the pictures!

For gamers. :)) Yeah, they are huge. Especially in Northern Europe, Korea and Japan. Sometimes there are tens of thousand fans watching teams competing live on stage. And the top prizes run into millions dollars. There's a huge industry around e-Sports.
