Today at the allotment - planting peas - seedlings doing well - viola in bloom - harvesting rhubarb
Hazey day at the allotment.

As soon as i started digging, a robin came to visit.
Planted some pea seeds straight into the ground (thought i'd try both methods)
Put netting over the top to stop the birds.
Tomato's coming on well.
Sweetcorn, Gherkins, aubergines coming on well.
Melons
Violas in bloom.
Some rhubarb ready.

Some believe that when a robin visits you it is a sign of new beginnings, or a loved one visiting you from Heaven. Others believe it's just a hungry bird that wants some worms.
