Flowers of israel: Hibiscus
Hibiscus belongs to the Malvaceae family. In Israel, the most common is Hibiscus Chinese, or Chinese rose. The flowers of hibiscus are large (12-16 cm in diameter), various colors - from fire and orange-red to pink and yellow, depending on the variety.
Hibiscus is a decorative evergreen shrub whose height can reach 3 meters. Sometimes it looks like a tree. It starts to bloom from early spring and blossoms until late autumn.
