Very old Bricks…
I shot this very old wall in the “Begijnenhof” in…of course, Antwerp.
The “Begijnenhof”, or Beguinage, dates back to the 16th century when the beguines settled within the city walls. The domain consists of a beautiful green courtyard surrounded by cobbled streets and picturesque beguine houses.
The historic and naturally quiet character of this place makes the Begijnenhof a haven of peace in the middle of the historic city center.
