I took this photo yesterday of a 32ft by 121ft mural in Vancouver's Chinatown. The text in English and Chinese characters is: "It takes knowledge to understand others but it needs a clear mind to know oneself. It takes strength to surpass others but it requires a strong will to surpass oneself. Lao Tsu"
This six year old mural by Alex Li And Falk will soon be covered by a six story building, the foundation of which you see in the foreground of the image. This is a continuation of my series on art in Vancouver, Canada.
