Astrophotography - Milky Way Galaxy
Yesterday was so cloudy I couldn't take any shots of the meteor shower I was planning to capture. This snap is from 2 days ago when we were at Tessa's vacation house in Veljun. It was the first time I got a chance to take a picture of the Milky Way Galaxy and even though it's not where I would want it to be (too much noise) I still like it a lot. Take in consideration that I'm using the only lense I have (16-55mm kit lense) which is nowhere near ideal for this kind of photography. We are currently in Slovenia, waiting for the clouds to clear out. Hopefully tonight I'll have more luck, the skies will clear out and I'll be able to take some stunning snaps of the Milky Way Galaxy with some"falling stars" in the background.
