Hill walking moments 🦋
Happy Thursday Steemians!
Here are some photos I took today while out walking on the hills with my daughter. It’s a lovely sunny day here in Spain. It was quite a fun walk with some surprising events!
As I stopped for a moment to sit and remove a stone from my boot a big red fox came bounding towards me ( closely followed by our dog who was in hot pursuit) … on seeing me the fox turned quickly to miss running right into me and I watched as the two of them tore full pelt across the hillsides off into the distance. It was an unexpected and beautiful moment. My dog seemed more like he was having fun running with the fox and I didn’t feel at any point that he would catch it and do it harm.
We also ran into a beautiful green snake sunbathing on the rocks but he slipped away faster than I could get a photo!

Beautiful butterfly with wild flowers! These are like poems to me! The fox cane out to greet you hastily!! You didn’t have the chance to invite him home for tea!
