Good Day friends

Apenas para recordar, as voltas de bicicleta ao domingo com amigos; sair de casa ainda de noite, quer estivesse frio, chuva ao calor, fazer entre 40 a 70 KM, e chegar a casa sem forças nem para almoçar.

Just to remember, bike rides on Sunday with friends; leave the house at night, be cold, rain or heat, do between 40 to 70 KM, and reach house without strength to have lunch.

... até uns ***** me terem roubado a bicicleta da garagem o ano passado... enfim...eide voltar a ter outra :)

... until some, ***** steal the bike from the garage last year ... anyway ... I'm sure I'll have another one in the future :)

Normalmente, percorríamos trilhos na serra de sicó,.... lindo... subir ao topo de uma montanha e ter vistas desafogadas, como cheguei a exclamar " parece que estamos a pedalar numa obra de arte"

Usually, we used to cross rails in the Sicó mountain range, .... beautiful ... to climb to the top of a mountain and have unobstructed views, as I came to exclaim "it seems that we are pedaling in a work of art"

Buracas do Casmilo - Inicialmente pensava que eram formadas pela
erosão, no entanto descobri que é uma densa rede de grutas
subterraneas, e ao longo do tempo a montanha cedeu e deixou exposto
estas depressões.

Buracas do Casmilo - Initially I thought they were formed by the erosion, however I discovered that it is a dense network of caves underground, and over time the mountain gave way and left exposed these depressions.

Aqui, um miradouro numas das aldeias mais altas da serra de sicó,
Chanca, onde normalmente parava-mos para recuperar energia para o
regresso, foi aqui que apareceu a expressão " parece que estamos a
pedalar numa obra de arte"

Here, a viewpoint in one of the highest villages of the Sican mountain, Chanca, where we usually stop to recover energy for the return, it was here that the expression "it seems that we are pedaling in a work of art"
