We know, honesty is the best policy. This moral is true for Japan. But as best creator of God, it should keep in mind of all men. There might not have race, region, religion, area. All of us should obey this.
Japanese mostly are Atheists and some worship their ancestors.

The problem in the west and probably anywhere outside of Japan and even in Japan really, with thieves, is that the thieves view their potential stolen goods as like a harvest and they see it as theirs to take if its not bolted down or secured properly. They see themselves as just hunting for value anywhere they can and so it has become a sort of predatory prey mentality, thieves sweeping over a land like ants cleaning everything in their path to the bones. So in the future we will be left with nothing but trustless systems and it will be more or less impossible to steal anything
