Tasty Crab part 2

This is highly desirable when looking for alternative sources of protein in a diet. Those who want a break from meat yet still want to fill in that void in nutrition will be happy to know that not only does crab meat have high protein content, its actually much lower in saturated fats on consumption.

This is a great feature of the crab as these are deemed to be unhealthy and can lead to implications of heart disease. Keeping healthy can be on the agenda when dining with crab and it also packs a number vitamins and minerals to support too. As with many fish and other seafood, there is a great deal of omega-3 in this food and this is deemed to be quite healthy for the body when consumed on a regular basis.

Crab can be cooked in many ways. These dishes were prepared in two different styles and I absolutely loved both servings. The first was a gently steamed helping of a modest sized crab. Crabs come in many different sizes and the portion was generous here. I loved the salty taste after every juicy bite. The other was a spicy crab dish that really gave a kick to my taste buds, such different styles that complemented each other for a refreshing taste.
