Photography life - Light at the end of the tunnel

I decided to share my photos with you, tried with different stuff before, but photography is my main obsession.

I took a nice photo recently, it is the inspiration we all seek, a gateway behind our problems, path we are willing to take to see the better tomorrow.

The lighting for a photo was really in place here, tried to shoot it at night but it did not look anything like this. The contrast is deep because of the black areas and light just pours in like a ray spot in the opening. Really like the texture here, the tiny bits on the floor add to the reality. It was visually a pleasure to be in that spot at the time, got the mind thinking about many subjects, so I took the photo. The white sideline really splits the dark area and makes it for a more complex approach.

Really small modifications were made in Photoshop, like accenting the white color and working with blue that was natural by the time photo got taken. Really like the exposure here too. The tiny light detail on the ceiling is lurking there and making the gray and dull area filled with a cut from the darkness. That particular detail I like the most about this picture, it is my center focus, not just the light.

The shadow on the left side of the picture is not present on the right side in the same amount of strength, it makes a difference that breaks the boundaries of darkness. All adds up to the gateway of sorts we all come trough and walk out then step back in, finding light just to seek another tunnel, so we can appreciate the leap.
