I am a firm believer of that prescription myself... My wife struggles a lot with stress and I try to give her these days too.
Just so happens that throughout the day she's always on about how much she needs to do, either because of work, because of her family, because of the business etc...
She can't seem to log off.
Anyways, totally agree... not always feasable T.T
True. Sometimes it is hard to disengage but a concious effort makes it possible. Hope your wife's stress goes down soon. Thanks for sharing. Upvoted
