Good photo, just why such a name?
It is a play on words @magnata In English, a tree has many leaves 🍁, and only one is called a leaf 🍁.
Also, the word leave means to depart or go away. So if someone gets upset and doesn’t want you around, they might say “Make like a tree, and leave.”
A sarcastic way of saying to go away.
