There are stories in the sky. The shape of the clouds, the height of the sun, even the tree branches and bird's nests pressed up against the sky speak volumes. This is the view from my office window this later afternoon/early evening. Most of the snow from the recent storm has melted, but it is still too cold for the trees to begin blooming. A bird's nest sits, most likely empty and abandoned, in the naked branches.
