an innovation must be done soon: all drivers who have videoregistrator in their cars will be able to send videos about breaking the rules to the road police to punish that driver. We are waiting for this new rule very much because sometimes it's just outrage, and the rules breaker goes away without any
consequences. But somehow this innovation isn't activated yet...though it was planned many years ago. Somebody among officials stops it, no other explanation..
