Thank you, as always! The yule log is an interesting tradition that I didn't realize was no longer well known. We grew up with the tradition, so as a New Englander, that makes sense. But, I like the premise of it anyway and now there is that delicious log to eat, unless you are allergic to chocolate! :)

Now that I know the real story of the Yule Log, I do like the sound of the tradition and a pity it is not that well know,
The Chocolate Yule logs do look so good I must admit but being allergic to cholate I have never tried one
