Such a wide selection of birds all so beautiful but the owl looks the most dignified, if I had to assign a profession type for each type of bird the Owl would be the judge for me with the way it stands and looks LOL

A struggle to get wild owls in the day JJ. They normally go and hide themselves far away from people during their daily sleeps, but this guy was so brave to pick a spot in a tree right next to our cottage.
He was well hidden of course, but once I spotted him there was no way that I wouldn't get him on camera.
They are called "wisdom" birds and seen as bad omen birds by the locals due to their spooky "Whoo-hoo" call at night. Same as crows that are also viewed as evil and that's why they get killed whenever spotted.
So sad!
