A Spine in the Sky?

Or something like that...

The fun thing about looking at clouds is that you get to make your own interpretations about them. There is no one there to tell you that you got to look at them in a certain way. I'm sure that's why you like to look at them as well :)

Sometimes there are these long and bone like looking clouds. They remind me of a vertebral spine, perhaps of a dragon of some sort... Who knows? Sure, you might say that they are contrails, but are you really sure? They might just be signs in the sky... Signs of great animals and beasts that might have roamed the skies in a far and distant time...

Of course there are the steel birds in the sky today. I still remember the quiet days when Eyafjallajökul (I'm sure I got that wrong) erupted and all the planes were grounded. Those were some really clear blue skies...

But then again, every once in a while you get a cloud like this that gets your imagination going :)
