In the slow pace
Hello today, guys!
There are exactly 24 hours to participate in Quick Тravel Photo Contest hosted by @travelcontest, so I will be short this time.
I met this slow traveller just 3 days ago, on my day trip around Kyiv region and along wonderful Ukrainian river Ros.
The weather was just okay for travel - sometimes sun, sometimes clouds. I captured the first one when the light was enough.
And here, sun gone and ... it looks like good camouflaged against the ground. Oh, I didn't mention, this is an edible snail... But we were not hungry :)

Nice photos, @zirochka :) These snails are called "vineyard snails" (Weinbergschnecke) in German. Last year I photographed one, but all photos have come out unsharp - damn, that thing was fast ;) lol ... and that was no joke :)

The photos reminded me of my failed attempt to photograph such a snail last year. You got it nicely.
But I need to explain, that I had my macro lens on, it was in a forest, I had an uncomfortable position and it was too dark to shoot without an additional light ... and I didn't have much time. That's no excuse, just an explanation 😉
