I am the kind of guy who is convinced that the equipement is secondary for making good photos and my Canon 5D Mark II is a really good device that never let me down in 10 years. On the other hand i am a tech geek who welcomes innovation.

Some years ago mirrorless cams where smiled at by the dominant manufacturers but today they have become technically mature and a lot of photo enthusiast give it a try.

Ich bin der Überzeugung, dass die Ausrüstung sekundär ist, um gute Fotos zu machen und meine Canon 5D Mark II ist eine ausgezeichnete Kamera, die mich in den vergangenen 10 Jahren nie im Stich lies. Auf der anderen Seite bin ich extrem technikbegeistert und erfreue mich an neuen Funktionen.

Vor wenigen Jahren wurden die kleinen spiegellosen Kameras von den großen Herstellern belächelt, doch heute sind sie technisch ausgereift und viele Foto Enthusiasten steigen um.

Besides i love compact stuff and i like the idea of carrying half the weight and size when hiking in the mountains or travelling was another reason for an upgrade. It also behaves much better in low light, has an integrated 5 axis stabilizer, a much wider color- and light depth and 42MP which offers a great margin for cropping.

Außerdem liebe ich Kompaktheit und die Aussicht, das halbe Gewicht und die halbe Größe beim Wandern durch die Berge oder auf Reisen zu schleppen war ein weiteres Argument für ein Upgrade. Noch dazu ist die Bildqualität viel besser bei wenig Licht was auch dem integrierten 5 Achsen Stabilisator geschuldet ist, eine viel größere Farb- und Helldunkel Dynamik und 42MP, was einen großen Spielraum bei nachträglichen Bildausschnitten ermöglicht.

The electronic viewfinder of the mirrorless fullframe needs getting used to but the advantages is that a lot of information like the histogram or the zebra can be overlayed.

Der elektronische Sucher der spiegellosen Vollformatkamera ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber der Vorteil ist, dass viel Informationen, wie das Histogramm oder das Zebra eingeblendet werden können.

Anstatt 9 autofokus Punkte hat die neue Kamera etwa 400 mit schnellem Objekt Fokus den ich an unserem Hund Savier getestet habe.

Altough I still have a lot to learn i am already enthusiastic and will continue to report about real life experiences and post photos.

Obwohl ich noch keinen Überblick über die vielen Funktionen habe bin ich schon sehr begeistert und werde bald über meine Erfahrung berichten und natürlich Fotos posten.
