The Prophet (peace be upon him) said about walking barefoot! That may be of great benefit to us.

About fourteen hundred years ago, our beloved Prophet (S) - and ordered to walk on barefoot. Studies have shown that, walking barefoot walks blood pressure. The lower nerves of the feet become quite active. Reduces the risk of becoming more frequent in blood. As a result, the risk of heart disease decreases.

Mental calm comes. Sleep is very good at this. The neurons inside the brain become quite active. Then on the one hand, such as memory retention, the intellect starts to grow. Increases immunity. Walking barefoot on the grass, several nerves are activated under the feet by activating positive energy in the body. This increases disease resistance.

Regarding the benefits of walking barefoot, the Prophet (peace be upon him) has discussed the various hadiths in the context. In a hadeeth it has been narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) occasionally ordered to walk on barefoot. (Sunan Nasa'i, Hadith No .: 4160; Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No: 233969)
According to the Hadith explanation, "Sometimes walking on empty feet comes humble, arrogance is removed and beneficial for health." But in the footsteps of one foot, the other legs are forbidden to walk alone in the hadith. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'None of you should walk on foot after a foot. Maybe both shoes should walk after shoes or walk on both foot shoes. "(Bukhari, Hadith No. 5855, Muslim, Hadith No. 2097)
