HOW DOES GENERAL RELATIVITY WORK?

General relativity is a theory of gravitation that describes the gravitational force as a curvature of spacetime caused by mass and energy. It proposes that the presence of mass and energy cause a distortion in the fabric of spacetime, and objects moving in this distorted spacetime will follow curved paths, which we perceive as the force of gravity. The strength of the gravitational pull is determined by the mass and distance of the objects and the curvature of spacetime at that location. This theory has been extensively confirmed by numerous experiments and observations and is widely considered to be one of the pillars of modern physics.
