Cookies With Pink Praline

We have a passion for homemade cookies, it's super easy to make and so good! Besides, it goes very well in the snack boxes for school!
After the smarty cookies, carambar cookies, marshmallows cookies, here is our recipe for pink praline cookies, very easy to make, even by children!

INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 20 COOKIES

• 120g of soft butter (take out of the fridge 2 hours before or soften it in the microwave at reliable power)
• 140g of brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 220g of flour
• 1/2 sachet of baking powder (5g)
• 100g of crushed pralines

RECIPE FOR COOKIES WITH PINK PRALINES

 Arrange parchment paper on 2 or 3 baking sheets. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

 In a bowl, mix the chopped soft butter and brown sugar.

 When the mixture is well compacted, add the egg and then the flour with the mixed yeast.

 Finally, add the crushed pink pralines and mix well.

 Using a large spoon, place small piles of rounded dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

 Space the piles about 5 cm apart, as the cookies will flatten and spread out during baking.

 Bake in a preheated hot oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes, the cookies should be golden brown.
