What would you expect from an Off shore Financial cadre designed for the Rich, Famous and Seedy entities to avoid the TAXING AUTHORITIES and like the greenbacks they are colorful fiat is a fancy distraction from the real thing. I have no ideal what the collectors value of these are but my friend says, "Just don't fold or bend them."
