Pizza Jaffle
⚫1/2 tomato
⚫1 slice lean smoked ham
⚫1/4 red capsicum
⚫1/2 cup mushrooms
⚫1/8 red onion
⚫1/2 clove garlic
⚫1 tsp dried basil
⚫2 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese
⚫1 teaspoon tomato paste
⚫2 slices wholegrain or gluten-free bread of choice
Chop up the ham, tomato, capsicum, mushrooms, onion, mince the garlic and
grate the cheese.
Turn on jaffle maker/sandwich press to heat up.
Place all ingredients except for the bread and the tomato paste in a bowl and combine.
Spread the tomato paste over each slice of bread and then top one slice per person with the pizza filling.
Place a slice of bread on top and place in a jaffle maker until cooked.
