Using internet pictures on Steemit is also violation?

A very short post to understand the plagiarism and copyright issues. I am bit confused over using internet pictures available on google and other browsers.

Plagiarism and copyright thing is very big concern for every article writer. Posting an article without HD pictures is like things half done.

Can someone here shed some light on using internet pictures? I want some clarity on this please help me guys : )
