The plane crashed at Havana airport
A Boeing 737 aircraft of Cuban state-run air transport crashed in Havana shortly after the departure of Jose Martha International Airport.
Cuba's local media quoted the BBC as saying that the domestic route was flying 104 passengers from the capital Havana to Olgin in the eastern part of the island.
Immediately after the runway the plane crashed and the blast took place. Black smoke near the airport can be seen on Twitter.
There is no confirmation of any casualties in the accident yet in the international press. But Cuban President Miguel Días-Canal has expressed the possibility of multiple casualties, according to the airline's DotNet.
Flight fluctuations have been stopped at Havana Jose Martha airport shortly after the accident.
Flightradara told bdnews24.com, the Boeing 737-400 aircraft, which is 26 years old, is an accident. Cubana was running it with rent from Panorama Airlines.
