The straight front section of the cockpit is shielded with bullet proof glass.

This piece of bullet proof glass has some chips in it. (probably not from a bullet though, it's not the right shape)

This is amazing had no idea it existed and I love researching WW2 stuff.

The Vampire aircraft was the second jet-powered aircraft produced by Britain after World War 2. Its looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

Yaa a good post for historians though it lacks detail like was it ever used in which battles by which countries where is it now something of that sort. It being creepy it's because it was used by people who would have signed a life or death sentence on their lives & trained to kill It's a terror weapon
