Here at my hometown, cocoyam is a very very common farm produce which is so undervalued.

Botanical name:1. Taro- Colocasia esculenta
- Malanga- Xanthosoma spp
Plant height: It can grow to over 1m.
Did you know all parts of the plant are edible as vegetable?
