This is the same thing I am trying to communicate to Ned over and over again, have a revenue stream. Cutting costs and everything is good but in the end we do need a revenue stream in order to succeed in the long term.

You are not supposed to see the Gymbal! That is the idea behind the Gymbal... :) Of course you have to keep this in context! a spambot that is amuck can be irritating... :) FUD is just a distraction for those who are focused on their business.

Well you are leaps and bounds ahead of many people! You are also staying the course.
Context on the block chain is very important. The spam bots need to scripted better to make sure they are targeting real spam and not training videos.

I would agree, to put some advertisings to Steemit. Maybe we get some attention from other companies outside the blockchain. Especially in the correlation to blocktivity.info to see they get a great audience. Hope I explained it right.

I would be ok with using limited ads by any condenser, as long as they are paid in fiat and manually approved. Alternatively I would offer anyone who doesn't want them the possibility to go with the no ads option but with beneficiary rewards set to a certain amount.
About steemit.com, ads might not be a solution for them, since they seem to consider seriously phasing it out as a condenser. Adding ads for a few months would not make much of a difference, especially if the path becomes clear towards removing the condenser.

yeah. i don’t have a perfect solution. but i know ads haven’t ‘ruined my experience’ except on youtube lol
