Sending Steem you get 45% while sending SP you get at least 46% because of the SP interest rate (just over 1% per year). But I will have to wait one week to get it back after I cancel the delegation. You can get your Steem/SBD back within hours.
SP is for $1000+ investment only sent to bellyrub, but Steem and/or SBD should be sent to bellyrubbank (since it can be transferred freely) in any amount from $20+.
