Photo Poem
After the wintry months have passed,
With conditions cold and gray,
Warmer times are here at last,
Spring comes with the month of may.
Sleeping through the short cold days,
Nature now begins to grow,
Seeking out the sunshine rays,
Flowers putting on a show.
Colours of purple, pink and yellow,
Brighten up a rockery,
Birds sing like a happy fellow,
All is calm and right with me.
Purple flowers, colourful friends,
Enjoy your moment in the sun,
Like all good things your time will end,
You brought me joy before you were done.
