Happiness is free, it is a matter of choice, no matter the situation we are in, we should always try to be happy, though life situations might not allow us sometimes but I believe this is easy and it will fade away just with time as death is inevitable. We should try and adopt happiness when we are still alive.

They will come and go in time and space
Making many a claim
In mirror staring back is hero, villain or ratrace
Which is the one to blame.

We might think because of our present situation cause or abuse anybody who will believe caused us harm but life itself is not always a bed of rose. We need to remain positive and behave as if we don't see what happens and remain Happy rather than filling our heart with life challenges.
