This gray mood I don’t feel like elaborating
Yet, I'm back again drawn to the board

Coaxing out of silence
Shades of colorless hue

And reaching out for a sense of
The all most something
What is it?!

Prodding painfully
The edge of my perception
Sharpens itself

Might I see, perhaps
What is waiting impatiently
To be recognized here

Searching for clues
The mystery holds my hand

And wonders
Speculating wildly
