When paths entwine, like yours and mine,
When hearts touch hearts, and souls combine,
When the breath of life flows softly through,
The eternal channels from me to you,
There'll be an energy of true love,
To encompass all the stars above,
And with wide eyes and open arms,
We'll feel the world with all its charms.
Sensations, they will come and go,
Dissolve desire and let love flow.

Poem is cool, but what is a Vipassana sitting.
Vipassana is a highly recommended meditation practice, that usually involves 10 days focusing on the natural, uncontrolled breath and bodily sensations, and how the mind/body is one constant change. I was first attracted because the courses are all run on donations of previous meditators. Search it up, dhamma.org, and see if there is a center near you! Well worth it, if you want to learn about your deepest self, and can handle 10, mostly, silent days, without meat, sex, smoking and vice..
I have been back a few times, and I'm looking to arrange the next, though there is quite a long waiting list for my local center.
