Piece of inspiration "Will they ever know?"
and then I felt like I needed to write something,
so here's what I wrote please let me know what you think:
Will they know how we feel?
When the hot shower water is falling over our heads
and how hard is to get up from our beds
When the morning sun is rising and
gives us that warmy feeling
or the rainny afternoon when we fall
asleep to the sound of the drops hitting the ceiling.
How laughing with our siblings makes us feel love
and how that song chills our spine to either cry
or smile
Will they ever now how good the first kiss feels
and the shaky feeling when we look at each other eyes,
when your mom hugs you or dad says is gonna be alright
When you get home and you dog welcomes you as the
happiest creature alive
and after a long day your bed feels greater than ever
Will they know how much it hurts when that person leaves
and is not coming back, how much we cry when things
get too hard and we feel lost in life
will they know how the perfect imperfection of
life makes us feel, where there's good and there's bad
we always make it through a brand new day.
And with all happiness, love, fears and tears
we are here to stay
will they ever know?
