Panic Attack - New challenge of poetry: in the shoes of a woman who suffers 💔✏
So many things that’s left unsaid.
She is a nice girl, everyone knows that,
It is just a matter of fact.
While the taunting and constant harassment occurred,
She decided to be strong since she wasn't being heard.
Do not upset the status quo.
She smiled and bit her bottom lip,
Just in case, her weary tongue would slip.
Those suppressed emotions came a-calling,
They shouted "we must now be heard",
It's my rightful turn or you will burn.
The unbearable chest pains were very surprising.
Emotions which were pushed aside,
Now collaborated, they all united.
It made prior labour pains seem over-rated.
The emotions now got her undivided attention,
However she was rendered in suspension.
Speechless, motionless on her back
as the emotions became a panic attack.
But it was not her day, it was just a shake up.
A reminder to give all her feelings a place
and to take care amidst stress, verbal abuse and haste.
Nothing's worth it - no - not for status nor money.
