Bubbles in the Air - Poetry

There it lay,
The water reflecting,
Nothing of the truth,
That lay under.

A calm that echoed,
Ringing in the ears,
Of all the people around,
A sweet song.

It was for all,
Seemingly a mirage,
Real though in ways,
One can't fathom.

But all it was,
it will be,
Was just a bubble in the air.
