Speak out your Thoughts| It's isn't a Feeling. It's a Choice
As I ventured to the Highs and Lows of life, I learned the hard way that happiness isn't just a feeling. It's a choice. Its a choice you keep choosing each waking day of your life. It's the coffee you choose to drink at 6:50 in the morning when you're running late for your 7 am work. it's choosing to get up and wear your best dress when actually you were putting off your alarm 20 times because today is just one of "those days". Its that smile you give your workmate when you arrived and then they smile back.
It goes because You were too filled with so much more of it that you didn't notice you locked the door and forgot to let it go.
Like the waves in the ocean, like the blue clouds in the sky, like the people youve been wanting to hold.
Sometimes, You must loosen the grip and allow it to leave. So that it will know how to come back.
and that is when you gotta make choices again because You don't have to be deserving to deserve it.

I love this post so much! I agree, happiness is a choice. One just needs to decide to be happy. Sometimes there are moments in our lives when we feel angry and frustrated, often confused what to do. Just like what you said, we need to loosen up a little bit. Enjoy the little things in life and don't worry so much about the things that we are not in control of. Thanks for your words @ninyea!

I was gonna say otherwise. My thoughts speak for how I feel, not out of choice. It's funny how I believed how similar we are but truth is, our differences is what makes us you know, hate and love each other at the same time LOL
