I am not your regular kind of man
I know who I am and I live intentionally
My strong suite is my mental strength
I refuse to be knocked down at any length
I pick up even when I fall from that height
My faith is heightened and not moved by sight
I clinged unto my maker with all my might
Because in Him I have my being and He's my light
I learned to hold on to Him; fast and tight
I know life comes in two folds, yes I know
You can't accept the good and not sign up
For at least a down moment that will test your faith
I have always believed one thing that I hold dear
Whatever comes my way, it will favour me in the end
Because all I see is never an end but just a bend
If God can allow it come to me then He can use it
To increase my faith and make me shine through it
Whatever you are going through, hold on
It is just a speed bump which is to stop you
Temporarily and not permanently - mindset at work
Have faith, stay strong - it will all play out well
