Every Day

Hope is built,
Zest is planted.
Mistakes are made,
Lessons are learned.
Strong gets weak.
Weak gets stronger;

Like growing teeth,
In the mouth of living.
We must die or live.
We live because we must die;
Every day, we become wiser, bigger and braver;
To be sensible, able and capable.

Every day we die once and wake twice;
To kill those defeats to our portents,
We must push like a hammer to a nail.
We must position like a ship to a sail.
We must pursuits like a trail,
Because every day is a new dawn.
