Is all she asks, with each mewled entreaty.
Hindquarters swaying with each step alongside.
So proud.
Always vigilant for the next caress.
Time to sleep?
Can we curl up?
The night birds call.
I can hear the raven.
Clawing at the door.
He hunts so poor.
Meat tastes so adore.
But kittens place is by her Master's side.
Never to run and hide.
Unless it's a game or looking for next treat?
Never know when it's time for Meat.
