the fractals are beautiful

the fractals are beautiful
but they are a prison cell
images of images of an image
mesmerizing endless intricacy
kaleidoscopic songs and poems
halls of funny fractured mirrors
lure us inside to know thyself,
feet bleeding upon broken glass,
we, who are only being and love.
