A POEM: LOVE
Love,
It is an inheritance.
Not for humans
Humans do not have the ability
To comprehend or
Nature to understand love.
Is given to us
By a divine Father
Whose expression, whole being, is love.
We must transit into this Divine
Before we can possess
Such nature and receive this inheritance.
Love is beautifully divine.
Not from this realm it originates.
To lust, to hate, to feel nothing is human
But to love, ha!
This is divine.
This love.
It is not fractured, never anxious.
It is never restless and
Is never disinterested or passive;
Never selfish and it never lies.
This love,
This beautiful thing,
Keeps its words

Ruth is a beautiful bohemian soul who believes strongly in God and despite her artistic bent, draws her inspiration from her contemplation of the world beyond the physical.
