Whether the accusation is accurate or not, I am not sure humanity has agreed that any God, be it a centralised, omniscient, or decentralised one gives any person the authority to dispense with such common sense as this: that before making any accusation, one should first be very sure of the facts and have at least a reasonable grounds for making one; that the opportunity first be granted to the accused person to react in person to evidence and an accusation; and that all of this precede a public judgement and humiliation. Failing to follow this kind of approach is likely unacceptable in any civilisation and would naturally result in the accused being very emotional. It doesn't rest with the accused person to remain calm and answer questions if the accuser has already jumped the gun and has adopted a power dynamic where the accused should sit down, be quiet, answer calmly. This strikes me as an arrogant approach and I have to wonder how the accuser arrives at such an assumption of authority over the rest of humanity.
In my opinion, the burden of politeness lies with the accuser and he should answer questions calmly and accurately.
One should guard against assuming guilt based on a person's emotional and obscene language in the face of being publicly humiliated. One could just as easily assume innocence from such a reaction as to assume guilt. If someone is guilty, he or she may sooner fail to react at all.
In my personal capacity, I will do my part to discover verifiable facts by the means our societies agree are fare and provide an opportunity for someone to answer to an accusation. I do this in my personal capacity. Of course, I accept the hard work being done by some to guard against plagiarism, but there are legal jurisdictions, norms about how to investigate matters, legal rights and human rights involved here. So we should keep our noses as clean as we say we wish to see our reward pool beneficiary's posts.
