"WE ARE CELEBRATING OUR NEW YEAR BECAUSE WE ARE BANGALI"
Today we are celebrating our first day of Bangla New Year across our country. On Behalf of @bdcommunity and @steemitbd, Here i'm wishing you all HAPPY BANGLA NEW YEAR
There have a very popular word "Bangali can identify by his culture", This is absolutely right, The culture of Banglali are really very rich. We are very proud that we are Banglali, celebreating Pohela Boishakh is very traditional cultural activities for Bangali. This is a very big traditional cultural activities which was celebrating by all kind of people of Bangladesh.
Here i'm going to talking about some traditional activities in Pohela Bioshak:
Eating Soaked rice with Hilsa Fish Fry:
Soaked rice is very popular breakfast for Villagers of Bangladesh it know as Panta Vath, The day before after dinner we preserved our rice with water and in the morning of Pohela Boishakh we eat those rise specially with Hilsha Fish Fry, mashed potato, with green chili and onion, People who are unable to buy Hilsa fish they also eat Panta Vath with what are they able to manage.
Boishakhi Fair:
Arranging Fair in the First day of Bangla New year it's a traditional culture for Bangladeshi. Whole over the country you will not find any specific village or town there Boishakhai Fair are not arranged by. People all ages and classes love to visit those fair with their family member. In this day we are spend our whole day one fair to another fair with our friends and family members.
Various Cultural programs:
Various cultural programs are arranged by various cultural organization, But biggest cultural program are arranged in Romna park at Dhaka. People are celebrating this day singing, dancing, drawing.
In this day we feel us as a real Bangali, Because Boishakh is the festival of Our life.
