The TV Won't Tell You This, But....

If you were to interview a Police Officer, as have I, and put forth this potential situation....

"So, on one side of town you have armed men in a house holding a family captive and demanding ransom money from some entity, while on the other side of town, you have men who may or may not be armed trying to hold up the local Bank. Who do you help first?"

If they were to follow their "Standards of Procedure" or "Protocol", their answer should be, "The Bank"?

Yep. That is right. Paper rectangles with a fictitious value are a higher priority than your family who has guns pointed at their effing skulls. Any Policeman (Policy Enforcer) will tell you that, especially if you aren't causing them any problems.

This may not seem like a big deal to some, but to those who spend all of their time thinking should be quite alarmed. This clearly means, "something is up" and maybe we should "research that shit". Allow me to share with you a story. It is a very real story that could happen to anyone, anywhere, at anytime. It is by no means an uncommon occurrence and I do share this information as means of warning and clearing our perceptions of this now popular issue. I am talking about the recent trend of "police brutality". Rated PG-13? Well, this story isn't as gory as most, so chill...... have a sip.

6-35-2018

An ordinary, white, hippy activist (Let us call him Wade) was driving around Blue Springs, MO acquiring supplies for travel. The plate on his car was from out of State, expired, but he had been "tailed" by the Police dozens of times. None of them ever pulled him over for it. They probably didn't know how to tell if it was expired. However, after getting gas and pulling out onto an avenue, an Officer from the next town over got behind his vehicle and turned on the lights. Not too unusual, but not like a "pig" to go out of their jurisdiction, either.

Wade complied, pulled over immediately, and like a little sissy girl already had his DL and Insurance information out and ready for him. Wade is well versed in his rights, so when the officer approached his window he did what had always worked before, "Is there a problem, Officer?"

"Oink, Oink", replied the Officer....kidding! He informed Wade that he "couldn't read his plate". Wade promised to fix the issue. When the Officer asked where Wade was going he replied, "I am sorry, Officer. I know you are just doing your job and I respect that, but I cannot answer any questions without the presence of an attorney, am I being detained?"

The Officer said nothing, took his DL/Insurance card and vanished into his car for about 30 minutes. During this time a happy little K-9 unit was painted into the scene by our favorite TV artist with a 'fro. It was starting to look not so good for Wade.

I should probably note here, not once before this point or after this point, did any Officer ask to search, suspect or vocalize any intent to search. No "probable cause" was ever cited.

After melting in the sun for 30 minutes, the Officers came up to the window. Instructed Wade to exit his vehicle, which he did, and had him face towards his car. Without verbalizing anything, they just went to touching Wade's pockets and frisking his body. Wade was like, "Um, I never consented to a search". The officer to the right of him found a round, plastic can in his front pocket. "What is this in your pocket?" Wade, frustrated a bit, responded, "What do you think it is? I mean, you can feel what it is, right?"

After Wade's pockets were emptied, with no found contraband, he was told to open the back door to "fix his plate" or whatever. (Yeah, it was in the back window, the mechanics sort of ruined his bumper mount). After opening the door he started to reach inside to grab the plate. The cops told him, "No, don't do that!" Wade asked, "Well, I don't understand, what do you want me to do?" In confusion, Wade closed the door and stepped back to clarify things with the Officers. They didn't answer his question. Wade put his hands up in a surrender gesture and asked them, "Am I under arrest?"

A few slack-jawed spectators were present, at this point one of them yelled out, "Yeah, you are!"

The pigs immediately grabbed Wade out of nowhere. The lifted him up by his arms and tossed him upward, then pulled him down where his face smacked the curb, busting his chin and breaking his glasses. Both cops bore their full weight o Wade's skinny ass arms. Using his boot, the officer to his left stamped onto his wrist and hand which must of severed a nerve or something, as Wade's entire left arm went completely numb. The cop on the right, while gentler overall, still found a need to stomp on the arm of a man who was otherwise in full cooperation. The cuffs were applied in a way as to cut the blood flow to Wade's left arm.

During this struggle, when he was able to get a breath, Wade calmly spoke, "Dudes, if you wanted to arrest me, all you had to do was tell me and I would of let you, there was no need for this violence, why are you arresting me?"

"Obstruction of the Law!" So, when did Wade obstruct the Law, exactly?

They put him in the back of the cop car for 30-45 minutes with windows rolled up, no A/C and no access to water.
They booked him. Fed him stale "PB and J". Kept telling him, "If you keep cooperating you will get your phone call." 13 hours later he was turned loose into the streets of downtown KC with no phone call, DL (they lost it) or the means to summon help. He walked 21.5 miles in hard rain against interstate traffic to get to his nearest friend's house.

We can stop there. Just know that this isn't uncommon at all. It is everyday. Wade interviewed all of his cellmates, which numbered into high double digits, and all of them were there on bullshit "Obstruction of Law" charges. Half were white, half were black or Mexican. It was a pretty even mix overall. The only noticeable discrimination is that all of these people were poor.

Why would that be? Well, let us think about it.

Prisons make money, right? For holding inmates? Yes.

Prisons are for people who cannot afford to pay the fines, yes? You bet.

Is it any surprise all of these people were poor? Clearly, the objective here was to artificially fill up the local prisons. The police were deliberately picking out poor targets knowing none of them would have a chance in hell to pay the charges against them, nor be able to afford to fight the issue.

The TV won't tell you this, but, this is happening everywhere. Considering my opening statement and the fact that police are a "reactive" force instead of a preventive one, why should we bother having police at all? The only reason they are here is because the Bankers put them here.

Being a mother myself, this makes me really afraid what it will be like when my kids grow up. If it is this bad now, in the "land of freedom", what will their world be like? Judge Dredd? No thank you.

This is why I support boycotting the Police and talking our Bank Policy Enforcers into quitting their jobs. Remember, if someone wants to rob or kill you, there isn't much a Policeman can do. They come AFTER the crime. We don't need Police. We still have gun rights and are fully capable of "policing" ourselves. Be careful out there, my fellow US Citizens.

Don't get pulled over for anything! Good day and much Love!

PS: Wade is fine, no need to worry about him. With any luck, his Jew friend will fry these piggies then refuse to eat them. Metaphorically speaking, of course. <3
