Thanks for the article. Objective description of the development in Catalonia at that time and insightful ideas how to achieve comprises via decentralization and self-governance at local level. Are you writing often for FEE?

Also, I have been in Barcelona couple of times. If I do not find some meaningful work in Stockholm or Berlin soon, I will go for Barca
