Yes @mjzo, its a "gagging" law which effectively takes away your right to voice resistance to the present imposed regime ! Its a disgrace , but then we should not be surprised to see that Maduro like all tyrants jumps on this clearly now " fashionable" and trendy sounding "Hate Crime" law !
