Gun Laws lower Home and Property value

How could Gun Laws meant to protect us possible hurt the value of our home? It is simple, taking away a person's right to defend themselves will always lead to more calls to police. A person who can scare off a would be home invader may not always feel the need to report the incident to the police.
Why wouldn't you want to call the police even if the robber was scared off? Well the sad fact is there is a complicated chain of events that occur every time you call 911 to get a cat out of tree these days and here it is. The police justify their budget on how much crime there is in the area they are in charge of protecting, more crime more cops, harder crime, harder police tactics and gear. The more money they get from taxpayers, the harder hit people are in property tax areas. Since taxes are rolled in with mortgages this prohibits the people who ordinarily can afford your home (and often the type willing to buy in high crime areas) from getting a payment they can make thus you have to lower your selling price to fit what can be afforded.
You may say that it doesn't effect those in low property tax areas but no and here's why. The police also have to brag about how much of a job they have and publish as much information as possible to show how heroic they are. That information gets used by insurance companies, potential business developers and homebuyers to judge the value of your property as well. This can lead to them refusing to engage in business full stop or cause pause and make them only do business at a much more expensive rate to you. There is a cycle of losing money here and I hope this helps end it.
You may already live in an area where your rights are gone, perhaps you think that not calling the police every time you see something is morally wrong but the truth of this downward spiral is undeniable.
